Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your package has shipped.

Tracking & Delivery Notifications

Once your order is handed over to the courier service, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link will be dispatched to your registered email address. You can follow your package journey directly through the carrier tracking portal.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments outside Australia, orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and administrative fees levied by the destination country upon parcel arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. A GREENFIELD & S.M GREENFIELD has no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amounts.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the buyer. If a parcel is returned to our Brunswick West address as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
